1.The suite must be invested only by the applicant and the investor has no right to give up his suite to anyone else unless he has the permission from the mall management.
2.The investor must not close his suite without the permission of the mall management giving a previous reason
3.The investor is committed to the specified profession in the application
4.The investor is committed to keep the decoration set by the mall management and not to modify anything without the permission of the mall managemen
5.The investment duration is two or four years extendable after restudying the application and the approval from the mall managemen
6.The sum of investment must be paid one year in advance if the investment duration is two years and two years in advance if the investment duration is four year
7The commercial name of the investor should be put in its specific place at the entrance of each suite
8.The investor is committed to pay all the taxes for the governmental offices related to his suite according to the investment perio
9.The investor has no right to load his suite with any mortgages , confiscation, debts , custodies , loans , or a commercial records and in case this happens the management is considered irresponsible for any of these behaviors
10.The investor is committed by the end of the investment duration to hand his suite free of any charges financial commitment …. etc
11.The investor is committed to keep the reputation of the mall clean unless the mall management is free to terminate his contract with demanding an appropriate compensation
12.Discarding any of the above mentioned conditions expose the investor to terminate his contract without the need for warnings or apologies with demanding an appropriate compensation
